Excursions and Other fees
An Excursion Levy is applied to all year groups and includes costs for spirituality days. Additional subject and excursion fees are charged for Years 11 and 12 and are itemised accordingly. Additional fees may be charged in Terms 2 and 3, for example, Year 12 Jersey. The College endeavours to keep these costs to a minimum.
Family Resource Fee
This fee is charged per family and covers the School Magazine published annually.
A fee of $150 per student is charged on acceptance for enrolment in Years 7-11. The fee is non-refundable as it covers costs associated with the enrolment process.
Fees Payment Options
Annual Accounts will be issued in Term 1 with reminders in Terms 2, 3 and 4 on balances owing. Where students join the school during the year a pro rata account for fees will be arranged.
Fees may be paid by EFTPOS, BPAY, standing authority, credit card, cash or cheque. We encourage periodic payments options through BPAY or internet banking as they make it easier for many families to budget throughout the year. Alternative arrangements such as monthly, fortnightly or weekly payments of fees are possible, however families are required to advise the College at the start of the year if they wish to enter into such an arrangement.
Families unable to meet fee payment schedules must contact the Business Manager, in advance, at the start of the year to discuss alternative payment plans.
